Print & Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unworn footwear in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
Drop Off
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
