What is the OluKai warranty policy?
We offer a one-year guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. This covers issues like straps pulling out or footbeds delaminating, provided the footwear was purchased from an authorized dealer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their items sooner.
How do I clean my leather OluKai sandals?
For our premium leather products, we recommend using a leather cleaner and conditioner. Always avoid full submersion in water and let them air dry away from direct sunlight.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders.
Do you offer half sizes?
Many of our styles are only available in whole sizes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for sandals and sizing down for our closed-toe shoes, though fit varies by style.
Are OluKai shoes waterproof?
While many of our products are water-resistant and beach-friendly, only specific styles labeled as 'Waterproof' are fully submersible and treated to resist salt-water damage.
